Q: How long can I take Spirodex?
A: Optimally, Gaspari Nutrition suggests that you use no more than 1 or 2 Spirodex Spirotabs once per day for a period not to exceed 6 weeks. Increasing the dosage or length of use will not increase the benefit of using this product.

Q: Who can best use Spirodex?
A: While Spirodex is a very powerful product, virtually all healthy men and women over the age of 18 years can expect to safely use Spirodex. There are some people who should not use Spirodex because they have pre-existing medical conditions or take certain medications.
