The ingredients in DietSTART, inhibit both the absorption of excess sugar by the kidneys and intestine, as well as the production of sugar by the liver. A double blind clinical study of 50 subjects showed the following: After 8 weeks of consuming either 400 mg of SVETOL or a placebo with no change to diet and exercise habits, the SVETOL group showed a reduction of body weight of 5.7% or an average weight loss of 11 lbs. Directions for Use

Take 1 capsule of DietSTART I with both your morning meal and evening meals.

Take 1 capsule of DietSTART II in the evening on an empty stomach (3 hours after eating).
