Return and Refund Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
For all return requests, please contact us via our support page. Please provide always your order #. We will not refund orders unless we are first contacted, so we can assess the problem and determine how best to handle it.
We do not take returns on opened products for any reasons unless there has been a recall by the brand on the specific lot number you have received.
Please be aware that in some cases the inner seal of a product container might get stuck inside the lid and may only seal partially or not at all around the rim of the container during manufacturing. No returns will be accepted by us for those items by us since the product is still good to be used.
Supplements & Nutritional Products
All authorized product returns must be sealed and not tampered with in any way.
Once the items are returned, all items will be inspected and once approved a credit note (via e-gift card) will be issued less the original ACTUAL postage we paid shipping your parcel, plus the cost of the return shipping label if we provide you with one.
ALL FREE gift items must be returned as well in brand new condition and not opened or used, otherwise the actual retail price will be deducted from credit unfortunately.
Damages and Missing item claims
All issues MUST be reported within 24 hours of parcel showing received on the carriers website. For any damages or missing item claims, please retain the entire shipment received including all the packaging for inspection for a period of 30 days. Please also take pictures of the box before opening from all sides as well once you open the box showing the content, as you might need them for a claim. Failure to retain everything as requested for inspection may result in the claim being denied.
For missing item claims please double check the entire box before contacting us. Please be aware that making a false claim, may lead to legal action by us against you, that may include a police report as well contacting the customers card company to make them aware of the customers false claim report against a vendor that may lead to further actions against the customer by the credit card company.
Orders Placed: A 15% Cancellation Fee will be applied to any orders placed and then cancelled before shipping. Once an order has left our facilities we cannot cancel an order.
We charge NO RESTOCKING FEES, unlike many other websites!
All clothing items are final sale and non-returnable.
All Clearance Items ending in .00 sold are considered FINAL SALE no credit or refund can be issued. No Returns Accepted
Any issues with shipment must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
