Return and Refund Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
For all return requests, please contact us via our support page. Please provide always your order #. We will not refund orders unless we are first contacted, so we can assess the problem and determine how best to handle it.
We do not take returns on opened products unless there has been a recall by the brand on the specific lot number you have received.
Supplements & Nutritional Products
All authorized product returns must be sealed and not tampered with in any.
Once the items are returned, a refund will be issued less the original ACTUAL postage we paid shipping your parcel in the first place to you, plus the cost of the return shipping label if we provide you with one.
For any damages or claims, please retain the shipment and packaging for inspection for a period of 30 days. Please also take pictures as you mind need them for a claim. Failure to retain the shipment and packing for inspection may result in the claim being denied.
We charge NO RESTOCKING FEES, unlike many other websites!
All clothing items are final sale and non-returnable.
