At Bulldog Nutrition, we work hard to ship orders quickly and accurately across Canada and the United States. This page explains our shipping timelines, free shipping rules, seasonal product risks, and important delivery information so you know what to expect before placing your order.

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method selected.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders are processed on business days only
  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, major promotions, extreme weather, or high-volume periods
  • Delivery time begins after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible orders over $100, subject to destination, carrier availability, and product exclusions.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Due to their size and weight, drink cases are not eligible for free shipping.

If your cart contains products that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping charge will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, peak shipping periods, carrier volume issues, remote delivery areas, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Winter Shipping Notice for Drinks

During colder months, canned drinks and other liquid products may be exposed to freezing temperatures while in transit.

Important Information

If you place an order containing drinks during the winter season, you accept the risk that freezing temperatures may affect the product or packaging during shipment.

Bulldog Nutrition is not responsible for damage caused by freezing temperatures during transit, including damage to drink cans, cases, labels, or packaging.

If you are ordering drinks during cold weather, we strongly recommend monitoring local temperatures before placing your order.

Summer Shipping Notice for Bars, Snacks, Gummies, and Heat-Sensitive Products

During warmer months, certain products may soften, melt, or change texture during transit.

This may apply to products such as:

  • Protein bars
  • Snacks
  • Gummies
  • Candy-style supplements
  • Other heat-sensitive items

Important Information

If you place an order containing heat-sensitive products during hot weather, you accept the risk that these items may be affected by temperature exposure during shipping.

Bulldog Nutrition is not responsible for melting, softening, texture changes, or cosmetic changes caused by heat during transit.

Product quality may still remain usable, but appearance and texture can be affected by high temperatures.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to have every order delivered as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Bulldog Nutrition is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including weather, carrier issues, public holidays, service interruptions, labour disruptions, customs delays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, including in cases where delivery is delayed by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Parcels

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Bulldog Nutrition is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, failure to pick up parcel by customer or refusal of delivery:

  • The customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges
  • Reshipping fees may apply
  • Actual shipping charges we paid are non-refundable, even if free shipping was received by customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and product as soon as you receive it
  • Details about the issue

We will review the situation and, where applicable, assist with a carrier claim or next steps.

Please note that seasonal temperature-related issues involving drinks, bars, gummies, snacks, or other heat- or cold-sensitive products are subject to the notices outlined above.

Delivered but Not Received / Lost Parcel Investigations

If a parcel is reported as not received, Bulldog Nutrition may need to open a trace, investigation, or claim with the carrier before any replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution is issued.

Carrier investigations may take several business days or longer depending on the carrier and the circumstances of the shipment. Bulldog Nutrition is not able to control the carrier’s investigation timeline.

Customers must cooperate with any investigation request and provide any information reasonably required by Bulldog Nutrition or the carrier. This may include confirming the shipping address, checking the delivery location thoroughly, contacting household members or neighbours, and providing any additional details requested.

Bulldog Nutrition reserves the right to wait for the carrier investigation to be completed, or for sufficient evidence to be available, before issuing a final resolution.

False, abusive, or unsupported claims may be denied.
