Why ANS Quench EAA?
- 8.75g of all 9 essential amino acids per serving — a complete EAA profile, not just BCAAs; essential amino acids are the ones your body cannot make on its own
- 7g BCAAs per serving — leucine, isoleucine, and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio (3.5g leucine)
- 0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 sugar — per serving, as ANS lists it
- Electrolytes — 100mg sodium, 75mg potassium and 60mg magnesium per serving, from Himalayan sea salt, coconut water powder, potassium citrate and magnesium citrate, plus 1,250mg taurine
- B vitamins — 2mg vitamin B6 and 12mcg vitamin B12 per serving
- Stimulant-free — no caffeine on the label, so it can be used alongside a pre-workout
- Third-party tested — as described by the brand
Who Is This For?
ANS Quench EAA is for athletes who want a zero-calorie amino acid drink to sip during training or between meals — for example during a cut, when total calories are tight. It gives all 9 essential amino acids rather than only the three BCAAs, plus electrolytes and taurine, with 0g sugar per serving.
Who Is This NOT For?
- ✗ Athletes looking for a stimulant-based energy product — Quench EAA is stimulant-free; pair it with a pre-workout like RYSE Loaded Pre or Thavage Pre if energy is the goal
- ✗ Anyone whose primary goal is calorie-dense muscle gain — EAAs don't meaningfully contribute to caloric surplus; prioritize protein and mass gainers for a bulk
- ✗ Anyone expecting it to replace a complete protein source — EAAs are a supplement to protein intake, not a replacement; you still need adequate whole protein from food or protein powder
- ✗ Under 18 — we recommend this product for adults
What's In It?
ANS Quench EAA delivers all 9 essential amino acids at 8.75g per serving, with 7g of those coming from the three BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and the remaining 1.75g from the six non-BCAA EAAs (histidine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan). The 1,970mg hydration blend contains taurine (1,250mg), potassium citrate (215mg, giving 75mg potassium), magnesium citrate (205mg, giving 60mg magnesium), coconut water powder (200mg) and pink Himalayan sea salt (100mg); total sodium is 100mg per serving. It also provides vitamin B6 (2mg) and vitamin B12 (12mcg). Non-medicinal ingredients: citric acid, malic acid, natural flavours, sucralose, silicon dioxide, fruit and vegetable juice powder (colour). Stimulant-free.
⚠️ Contains: Tree nut (coconut). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have liver or kidney disease. Always read the full label before use.
