- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications or natural health products, if you are attempting to conceive, or if you have a liver disorder or symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations).
- If you develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms of low estrogen, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
- Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude the diagnosis of a serious cause of hormonal imbalance, and to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
- Take with food to minimize gastric disturbance. Take a few hours before or after other medications. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Medicinal (per capsule): Chrysin 208.33 mg, Saw Palmetto 100 mg, Grape Seed Extract 75 mg, Stinging Nettle Root 50 mg, Pygeum Bark 50 mg, Agaricus bisporus 50 mg, DIM BioResponse 25 mg, Zinc (as bisglycinate) 10 mg, Black Pepper Extract 5 mg (4.66 mg piperine). At the label dose of 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily, the daily amount is two to three times each figure (for example, zinc 20–30 mg and DIM 50–75 mg per day).
Non-medicinal: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable stearic acid.
