Who Is This For?
Christopher's Secret Stuff is built for intermediate to advanced gym-goers who want a complete, high-performance pre-workout in one formula. It covers energy, pumps and focus together, which suits heavy strength sessions. If you train hard and want to know what powers a 6x Mr. Olympia's workouts, this is it.
Who Is This NOT For?
- ✗ Caffeine-sensitive users — a full 2-scoop serving has about 305mg caffeine; RAW's directions say to start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance
- ✗ Anyone allergic to coconut — contains coconut water powder (RAW's label lists it as a tree nut)
- ✗ Beginners without an established caffeine tolerance — risk of jitteriness, elevated heart rate, or anxiety
- ✗ Evening or late-night training — 305mg caffeine will disrupt sleep if taken within 6 hours of bedtime
- ✗ Anyone under 18, pregnant, or nursing
- ✗ Users stacking with other caffeine sources (coffee, energy drinks, fat burners) — do not combine
What's In It?
Christopher's Secret Stuff uses the complete Thavage formula. Amounts below are per 2-scoop serving (RAW's serving size is 1 scoop, so halve them per scoop). The pump complex is led by 6,000mg L-Citrulline and 1,500mg Nitrosigine for blood flow and pumps. Beta-Alanine (3,200mg) supports training endurance, while Betaine Anhydrous (2,500mg) aids power output and cellular hydration. The focus stack centres on Alpha-GPC (400mg) and Huperzine A (100mcg), with L-Tyrosine (2,000mg) and L-Theanine (150mg) alongside the stimulants for focus. Caffeine comes from 260mg caffeine anhydrous plus 64mg di-caffeine malate (about 305mg caffeine in total). RAW's formula also lists taurine, agmatine and theobromine.
