- 3 magnesium forms: Bisglycinate chelate (buffered), amino acid chelate and citrate — 100 mg per capsule, 300 mg per daily dose.
- Vitamin B6 (P5P): As pyridoxal-5'-phosphate — 15 mg per daily dose.
- Vitamins D3 + K2 (MK-4 & MK-7): 20 mcg (800 IU) of D3 and 60 mcg of K2 per daily dose.
- BioPerine®: Piperine from black pepper (1.6 mg per capsule), which Perfect Sports adds for uptake. Piperine can change how some medications work — see the cautions below.
Best for: Athletes and active adults who want magnesium, zinc and vitamins D3, K2 and B6 in one daily dose.
Not ideal for: Anyone looking for a sleep aid — Ultra Mag-Z contains no melatonin, valerian or other sedative ingredients.
Directions and cautions (label): Adults: take three capsules a day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you take anticoagulants or other medications or natural health products (piperine may change how they work), or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
