Chris Bumstead's Whey Protein Isolate — CBUM Itholate Protein
CBUM Itholate is 100% micro-filtered whey protein isolate formulated by 6x Mr. Olympia Classic Physique champion Chris Bumstead in partnership with RAW Nutrition. Each scoop delivers 25g of protein with low fat and low sugar (RAW's wording) — no concentrate filler. Exact calories, fat and carbs vary by flavour; check the panel on your tub. The "Itholate" name is a signature of CBum's own: his natural speech cadence turns "isolate" into "itholate," and the name stuck. Bulldog Nutrition is an authorized Canadian and US retailer of RAW Nutrition — every tub is 100% authentic and ships fast across Canada and the US.

Who Is This For?
CBUM Itholate is for athletes who want a low-fat, low-sugar isolate with a simple label: whey protein isolate is the only protein source and there are no proprietary blends. With 25g of protein per scoop and low fat and carbs, it fits a cutting or recomposition phase. For Chris Bumstead fans and classic physique athletes, it's the protein he puts his name on.
Who Is This NOT For?
- ✗ Budget-focused buyers — at 25 servings per tub, this is a premium product; a larger-tub whey will give you more servings
- ✗ Hard-bulk athletes who need calorie density — at 110–140 cal per scoop, this is built for leanness, not a surplus
- ✗ Vegans or vegetarians — dairy-derived whey protein isolate
- ✗ Anyone with severe dairy allergies — derived from milk
- ✗ Under 18 — not intended for use by minors
What's In It?
CBUM Itholate uses one protein source: 100% micro-filtered whey protein isolate. RAW describes it as low fat, low sugar, with no fillers. A typical flavour panel lists whey protein isolate, natural and artificial flavours, a gum blend (guar, acacia, xanthan), sea salt, sucralose and sunflower lecithin — ingredients vary slightly by flavour, so check the label on your tub. Serving size is one scoop (about 31g, depending on flavour).
⚠️ Contains milk. Depending on flavour, Itholate may also contain soy, peanut (Chocolate Peanut Butter) or wheat, and limited-edition flavours such as Dubai Pistachio Chocolate may contain tree nuts. Allergens differ by flavour — check the allergen statement on your tub before use. Always read the full label before use. These statements have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA for disease treatment or prevention.
