What's In It?
The formula works on three fronts. The 5g 2:1:1 BCAA blend (2,500mg leucine, 1,250mg isoleucine, 1,250mg valine) is the recovery side, with leucine carrying the muscle protein synthesis signal. Focus comes from 80mg of natural caffeine anhydrous, choline from choline bitartrate (420mg in Country Time Lemonade, 400mg in Kool-Aid Tropical Punch) and 25mg of citicoline as Cognizin®. Hydration comes from 320mg sodium, potassium (80mg / 120mg) and pink Himalayan sea salt. Vitamin C (45mg / 90mg) and 10mcg B12 round it out, and the Kool-Aid panel also lists 540mcg folic acid.
