Best for: Adults who want a lighter caffeinated amino drink for an occasional pre-cardio or mid-afternoon boost, rather than a full-strength pre-workout.
Not ideal for: Anyone who wants a full BCAA recovery dose (725 mg is lower than a dedicated BCAA product); everyday, all-day use — the label says for occasional use only; anyone sensitive to caffeine.
Ingredients: See the panel above; sweeteners and flavours vary by flavour — check the label. Contains L-phenylalanine. Allergen Info: Produced in a facility that also handles milk, soy, egg, peanut, tree nut, sesame, fish, crustacean and shellfish products. Suggested Use: Mix 1 scoop with 180–240 ml of cold water.
