The Greens & Fruits Blend (5.8g per serving) includes spirulina 1,000mg; wheatgrass, chlorella, barley grass and alfalfa 500mg each; broccoli, spinach, oatgrass, astragalus, kale, kelp, celery and parsley; and fruit extracts including acai, pomegranate, blueberry, cranberry, acerola, goji, maqui, mangosteen, amla and strawberry. The Herbs, Adaptogens & Fibre section adds inulin (chicory root) 2,000mg, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract 500mg, Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) mycelia 500mg and Rhodiola rosea root 200mg. The Vitamins & Minerals section covers 23 micronutrients. Other ingredients (Citrus Twist label): citric acid, natural flavour, stevia leaf extract, maltodextrin, sodium chloride (from pink Himalayan salt).
