What's In It?
Every flavour starts from the same base: certified gluten-free whole grain oats, liquid egg whites, condensed milk, unpasteurized honey, canola oil, whey isolate, fibre and natural vanilla. Peanut Butter Carob adds peanut butter and carob chips; Banana Carob and Carob add carob chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, carob powder, soya lecithin, sorbitan tristearate) with banana in the former; Butterscotch adds butterscotch chips; Natural is the plain oats-and-honey bar. The oats provide the slow-release energy, the egg whites and whey isolate carry most of the protein, and the honey binds the bar without artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
